...church ought to be "safe" to face our moral flawes, even as then to discover the exhilarating grace of the gospel to all who receive and rest upon Christ alone...
Welcome to Christ Presbyterian
Dear Friend,

We want to personally welcome you to CPC's website! Regardless of your personal and/or spiritual context, you ARE welcome here. We hope you will also visit us sometime so that you can meet some of the wonderful, and diverse, people that God has gathered together at CPC. And to be sure, it is our desire to believe in a gospel where grace really is AMAZING, as it is "the power of God unto salvation." In other words, no matter what your personal issues are, we believe that the gospel has the power to transform every aspect of our lives. And regardless of whether or not you would consider yourself to be a believer, or someone who is curious about Christian faith, you will not be alone here at CPC!

We ultimately believe that your visit to our website is God's purpose. We therefore want to take every opportunity to introduce you to the things that we feel are most important concerning faith in Christ, and life in His church. Toward this end, I hope you will check out the "Q & A with our pastor" and "Intro to CPC" portions of our website especially. You will notice that in the "Q & A with the Pastor, " I have tried to succinctly summarize the kinds of things that I have said many times over the years, in response to the most frequently asked questions by those who visit our church. Whether you are spiritually "searching," wondering about "the church thing" or at a place where you are intentionally looking for a church to join-I think you will find this Q& A session helpful. Otherwise, we have compiled a brief summary of our basic ministries, commitments and history in our Introducing CPC" that he hope will encourage you to visit us so that we can get to know you as well.

Finally, if you do choose to visit, please understand our perspective on church-that it is NOT the place of the "think we have it all together" people. Quite the contrary, our understanding of the gospel is a church ought to be "safe" to face our moral flawes, even as then to discover the exhilarating grace of the gospel to all who receive and rest upon Christ alone to know God's favor, even as this becomes the basis for how we relate to each other as well.

I hope to talk with you soon. And please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or needs regarding a spiritual matter.

I am affectionately yours in Christ,

Preston Graham Jr.
