Wednesdays at 8:00pm Compline: Beginning centuries ago, monastic communities gathered in the evening to “complete” the day by observing a worship service that weaves together songs, prayers, Scriptural reflections, and Communion. In that spirit, we hope to enter God’s presence with others from around our city to experience Compline. Each night we will celebrate the central Christian feast of the Lord’s Table. All are welcome to join us in the middle of the week as we take refuge in the riches of God’s grace in Christ. Join in person or online at cpcnewhaven.org/live.
Wednesday Night School of Discipleship at 6:45pm: An in-person (plus zoom at cpcnewhaven.org/live) class on the topic (and book by John Owen) “Communion with God” and C. S. Lewis' "The Great Diviorce."
Thursday Confessional Theology Group: A new small group is forming to go through our online “Confessional Theology” course. This training is required for those who have ambitions to be Sunday School teachers or officers in the church. The group will meet Thursday evenings (every 4th will be to review the previous three sessions with a pastor). Contact Preston to join.
Women's Book Club: The Women's Book Club meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm and the first Thursday of each month at 3pm, you may choose which to attend. Click here for more info.
