We will be collecting items for the homeless population from 11/27 through 1/1. Items needed include: blankets, sleeping bags, hats, gloves, coats, socks, boots, tents, backpacks/duffle bags, toiletries, non non-perishable food items. Please wash any used items and leave them in the box labeled "Homeless Drive" in the coat closet or foyer. All items will be delivered to the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center Homeless team who will distribute them to those in need. “Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh? Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard” Isaiah 58:7-8.
